Sara Hess

PT, MPT
Physical Therapist

Sara earned her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco, after completing her undergraduate degree in Physiology at UC Berkeley. Her fascination with how the human body works began in fifth grade and continued to grow through years spent hiking, exploring the outdoors, and playing soccer.

For the past 30 years, Sara has called the Pacific Northwest home. She has worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient orthopedics, neuro rehabilitation, and hospital-based care. She is experienced in treating both orthopedic and neurological conditions and brings compassion, dedication, and deep clinical knowledge to every patient interaction.

Sara is passionate about empowering her patients—learning their goals, understanding their needs, and helping them build the skills and confidence to care for themselves and return to the activities they love. She gives her heart and soul to her work and values the meaningful relationships she builds along the way.

Outside of the clinic, Sara’s greatest joys are her two children, Logan and Devon. She loves spending time outdoors, reading, and enjoying the natural beauty and activities the Northwest has to offer.
