McKenna Dorszynski

PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

McKenna Dorszynski has spent the majority of her life in southwest Washington and recently made the move to Lewis County, where she has truly enjoyed becoming part of the region’s beautiful landscape and close-knit community. She has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University and earned their Physical Therapist Assistant license through Whatcom Community College.

With five years of hands-on experience as a physical therapy tech, McKenna brings a strong foundation in patient care and has worked across multiple clinical settings, including outpatient, home health, and inpatient rehabilitation. This range of experience has allowed her to develop a versatile skill set, deepen her clinical understanding, and appreciate the unique demands and rewards of each environment. Now a licensed PTA, McKenna is passionate about guiding patients through their rehabilitation and helping them return to the activities and lifestyles they enjoy most.

Dedicated to continuous growth, McKenna actively pursues new techniques, treatment approaches, and continuing education courses to better serve patients and the community. Her work is rooted in compassion, individualized care, and a commitment to supporting people at all stages of life as they regain strength, function, and confidence.
Outside of the clinic, McKenna takes every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Her favorite activities include hiking, trail running, paddle boarding, kayaking, skiing, and gardening—pursuits that reflect her appreciation for movement, nature, and overall well-being.
