Mark Rosales
Mark has lived in Lacey, Washington for almost 20 years, though his cultural roots are in North Carolina. His career has included time as an architect, a pastor, and a stay-at-home dad. He is excited to fulfill one of his life’s dreams of being a physical therapist here at Grand Mound Physical Therapy. Having experienced personal injury requiring physical therapy rehabilitation in 2012, Mark brings a special compassion and inspiration to our clients.
Mark is passionate about helping people get back to what they love – playing with their kids and grandkids; golf, running or other sport; playing an instrument; or simply having the muscle strength and range of motion to maintain independence. He enjoys the full range of orthopedic therapy and helping his community heal, one patient at a time. In his free time, Mark and his wife enjoy cheering on their teenagers, playing on the lake, and embracing the beauty of the northwest. One of his favorite sports moments was attending the 2015 Women’s World Cup Final in Vancouver.
In 2021, Mark earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine at the San Marcos campus. Mark’s specialized education includes manual therapy, Mulligan mobilizations, vestibular treatments, and dry needling.
