Cheyenne Castelan is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Growing up locally, with Washington as her home state, she has always felt deeply connected to her community and driven to make a positive impact. With a background in nursing and extensive experience specializing in memory care and geriatric care, Cheyenne has built her career on compassion, resilience, and a deep commitment to improving quality of life for those she serves.

Her love of movement and human performance led her to pursue a career in physical therapy, where she is driven to help people regain their confidence, independence, and joy in everyday activities—whether that means excelling in a favorite sport or being able to pick up their grandchildren with ease. She earned her Associate of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Whatcom College in Bellingham, WA, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Human Performance from Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, OR. In addition, she is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), merging her clinical knowledge with a passion for fitness and strength training.

Cheyenne is also committed to lifelong learning and growth. Her career goals include expanding her expertise by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and specializing in pelvic floor women’s health, furthering her ability to support patients across all stages of life and performance levels.

Outside of her professional life, Cheyenne enjoys weightlifting, fishing, hiking, painting, and spending meaningful time with her family. She is dedicated not only to her patients but also to her roles as a mom, wife, and friend—always striving to lead with a compassionate heart and give her best in every area of life.
