Chance Chadwick is a licensed Physical Therapist who has been practicing since 2013, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions. His clinical approach combines evidence-based treatment with individualized care to help each patient return to the activities they value most.

He was board-certified in Sports Physical Therapy (2020) and holds certification in Dry Needling, with an extensive background in manual therapy. Advanced training allows him to effectively treat both acute and chronic injuries, optimize movement patterns, and support high-level athletic performance.

He has also completed the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical Professional Certification program. Enabling him to work with recreational and competitive golfers to improve performance, prevent injury, and enhance swing mechanics.

Since 2018, he has provided on-field sports coverage for Olympia High School athletics, helping manage acute injuries and supporting student-athletes throughout their seasons.

Early in his career, he worked in a hospital-based outpatient clinic, where he treated a broad spectrum of patients across the full continuum of care—from post-operative rehabilitation to recovery from illness and traumatic injuries. This experience strengthened his ability to adapt treatment plans to each individual’s needs and functional goals.

Chance has a strong passion for working with athletes and sports injuries, he enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions and helping people of all activity levels move better, recover fully, and return confidently to their daily lives.
