About us and our History
Established in September 2012, Centralia Physical Therapy has evolved to become a leading provider of rehabilitation services. In addition to its flagship location, the clinic expanded its reach with the inauguration of a Chehalis facility in September 2017. Spanning 6,200 square feet, the Chehalis clinic boasts state-of-the-art equipment and private treatment rooms, emphasizing accessibility through early morning and evening scheduling. New patients enjoy the convenience of same-day or next-day appointments, and the clinic maintains contracts with major insurance carriers.
Centralia Physical Therapy addresses a diverse array of conditions at both locations, encompassing pre- and post-operative orthopedic issues, extremity dysfunction and pain (shoulder, elbow, hip, knee), neck, back, and sacroiliac pain, sports injuries, and specialized care for workers’ compensation and L&I cases, including work conditioning. The clinic’s services extend to geriatrics, pre- and post-natal conditions, women’s health and pelvic floor concerns, acute and chronic foot/ankle injuries, tendinopathies, mobility evaluations, hand and wrist rehabilitation, custom hand splinting, vestibular conditions, motor vehicle accidents, and running analysis.
Excitingly, Centralia Physical Therapy is on the verge of expanding its reach further, with a new location in Grand Mound set to open soon. This upcoming addition underscores the clinic’s commitment to extending its high-quality rehabilitation services to a broader community, reinforcing its dedication to individualized care and cutting-edge techniques for optimal health and well-being.
