Serena Wallace

Physical Therapist

Serena grew up in Centralia, Washington and graduated from Centralia HS in 2015. During her time at CHS she participated in cross country, symphonic band, jazz band, and pep band. She continued to run cross country and play the clarinet in symphonic band throughout her undergraduate program at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in German. Her passion for running and helping others furthered her interest to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Serena attended Physical Therapy school through the University of Southern California’s hybrid program. Because of this hybrid model, she was able to explore physical therapy clinics around California and Western Washington. Clinical experiences included outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing facilities, and acute care facilities. After graduating from USC’s DPT program with honors awards in academics, she reconnected with her roots in Centralia and is now treating a variety of patients at Centralia Physical Therapy. Serena enjoys working with all ages and athletes who are looking to return to full participation in whatever their passions are. Outside of her love for physical therapy, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, camping, and many outdoor activities. She is currently training for body-building competitions and is excited to incorporate her knowledge of weightlifting and the benefits of this within her practice of physical therapy and benefiting her patients.
