Shortly after, Erin started independently contracting her services throughout the South Puget Sound area as an orthopedic physical therapist. Business quickly picked up and, over the next 5 years, Erin kept busy by meeting and treating new patients and collaborating with many different therapists. During this time, their son was born.
In September of 2012, Jason and Erin opened their first clinic. Centralia Physical Therapy. They both practiced at this location until their second clinic, Chehalis Physical Therapy, opened in September of 2017. Erin transferred her practice to the new growing location and started treating patients at the south end of the twin cities. She has loved watching and being a part of the practice growing and serving the community!
Erin’s education includes in-depth orthopedic training, McKenzie for the lumbar spine, multiple courses based on functional movement and treatments, pre and post-natal treatments, Kinesiotape and McConnell taping techniques, and myofascial release.
She continues to love taking continuing education classes to keep abreast of the latest research, techniques, and outcomes in physical therapy and medicine. She is passionate about educating her patients and teaching them how to independently manage their condition.

Alex was born and raised in Chehalis, Washington, with 2 older sisters and graduated from W.F. West high school in 2014. During his time at W.F. West, Alex participated in football, basketball and baseball and spent his summers participating in football camps & playing Legion baseball. Alex participated in collegiate football at Montana State University – Northern in Havre, Montana during his freshman year of college and transferred to Centralia Community college to play collegiate baseball during his sophomore year. Alex then transferred to Washington State University where he earned his Bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science with a major in Kinesiology. During his time at WSU, Alex enjoyed attending football & baseball games, participating in intramural sports and gained further interest in pursuing his career of physical therapy.
Alex attended Physical Therapy school at Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona where he and his wife, Sydney, lived for 2 years while he attended school. Alex and Sydney enjoyed their time in the desert attending Spring Training Baseball games, the Waste Management Open, hiking and trekking up north to the cities of Sedona & Prescott. While attending Franklin Pierce University, Alex gained experience in Outpatient Orthopedics and Skilled Nursing Facility during his clinical rotations.
Alex and Sydney decided they were ready to get out of the desert and head back home to WA in November of 2021 where Alex completed his final clinical rotation at Centralia Physical Therapy. Alex graduated from Franklin Pierce University in February of 2022 and has remained at our Centralia facility treating a variety of patients. Alex enjoys working with athletes, pre-professional dancers, post-concussive syndrome patients and all other walks of life.

In 2009, Jason had the opportunity to change paths and work in orthopedics for South Sound Physical & Hand Therapy in Olympia, WA as their Lacey clinic director. A year and half later, he became the Regional Clinic Director, overseeing all 5 locations for South Sound. He continued orthopedic patient care full time and enjoys all aspects of treating in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
In September of 2012, Jason and Erin opened their first clinic, Centralia Physical Therapy. They both practiced in this location until their second clinic, Chehalis Physical Therapy, opened in September of 2017. Erin transferred her practice to the new growing location and started treating patients at the south end of the twin cities. Jason remains in Centralia to lead the team and continue to provide the highest level of care and compassion to his patients.
Jason’s education includes in-depth orthopedic training, Mulligan mobilization with movement concepts, sports performance, athletic rehabilitation and injury prevention, myofascial release, and vestibular treatments. Jason continues to enjoy keeping up with the latest evidence-based concepts and continuing education classes. He also enjoys mentoring PT students on clinical rotations throughout the year.

Erin was born and raised in Homer, Alaska, and enjoyed fishing, crabbing, clamming, competitive swimming, lifeguarding, and teaching swimming lessons. She then left the state to pursue her BA degree in Exercise Science from Linfield College in McMinnville, OR, and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR. She met her husband, Jason, while attending Pacific and after graduate school they moved to Washington to begin their careers with Providence in Centralia, Washington. Erin worked in outpatient orthopedics for 2 years before pausing for the birth of their daughter.

Anesse was born and raised in Western Washington and graduated from Olympia High School. She grew up playing competitive basketball and softball. Anesse competed at the collegiate level in both rowing and basketball. She always knew she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field, however after a knee injury, she fell in love with Physical Therapy and the opportunities the profession provided her in terms of connecting with her patients. Anesse graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Biology from Saint Martin’s University, and attended Eastern Washington University where she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Anesse has worked in outpatient orthopedics since graduating from Eastern. Her education includes in-depth training in Obstetrics including pre and post-natal care, orthopedic and sports related injuries, work conditioning, women’s health and hand therapy. She enjoys working with patients of all ages while developing an individualized treatment plan to help her patients get back to living life to the fullest.
In her spare time, Anesse enjoys playing recreational sports, rooting on her favorite sports teams (especially in basketball and football), playing the piano, traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.

Craig has extensive experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy environment. He has been a PT for almost 30 years. He is manual therapy certified (MTC) and obtained a transitional doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Craig is a lifelong learner and has his Doctorate in Health Sciences (DHSc). His dissertation area of interest is in the benefits of direct access to physical therapy- be sure to ask him about direct access. Craig has been adjunct faculty in Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs.
Outside of work you can see him riding his Vespa, running and attempting triathlons. He was born in Cape Town, South Africa and brings a wealth of international experience to his work and physical therapy in general. He enjoys travel with his family, spending time at the lake and nice glass of red wine!

Jeff was born and raised in Chehalis, Washington. He enjoys hiking, working out, frisbee golf and bocce ball. After graduating high school, Jeff joined the Marine Corps and spent 5 years on active duty working on the EA-6B Prowler jet as an electronics countermeasures technician. After the Marine Corps, he spent 2 years as a personal trainer before deciding to go back to school for Physical Therapy. He obtained an Associates in Science from Centralia Community College, Bachelors of Science from Eastern Washington University before applying and getting into Spokane Falls Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program. He graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2021.
Jeff has experience in treating patients with balance and strength deficits, joint replacements, and general orthopedic conditions. He uses mobilization techniques, myofascial release, and patient education to help reduce pain and improve overall functional movement.
Jeff is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and get back to doing what they love. He also enjoys encouraging patients to continue to improve with their overall health and wellness. He enjoys reading the most current research and learning new techniques to maintain high standards of care.

Lana has lived the majority of her life in Washington. She graduated high school in Napavine. She attended college later in life while her children were in high school. She attended Whatcom Community College in Bellingham. She is a physical therapist assistant.
She enjoys traveling, being on the water, reading and has made a point of exploring Washington over the next few years. She is also very involved in her church.
Lana enjoys working with all walks of life. She has experience in outpatient, inpatient and in skilled nursing facilities. She likes outpatient because you really get to know the patients. Her passion is working with balance, especially Parkinsons, lower extremity joint replacements and geriatric patients.

Jason worked in acute and wound care for 2 years before being promoted to Rehab Therapy Supervisor for the remainder of his time there, supporting the Manager in overseeing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies.
