Our Centralia clinic opened in September of 2012 and is a bright and comfortable 3,700 square foot space with state-of-the-art rehab equipment and four private treatment rooms. We offer early morning and evening scheduling, as well as same-day or next-day appointments for new patients with acute need. We are conveniently contracted with all major insurance carriers.

Our Chehalis location is now a freshly restored 6,200 square foot clinic, boasting a bright and airy space with an exposed bowstring truss ceiling dating back to 1943. It is stocked with the newest therapy equipment and tools, as well as 3 private treatment rooms. We opened for business on September 5th of 2017.
