About Us - Centralia

Our clinic was established in September of 2012 and is a newly-renovated 3,700 square foot space with state of the art equipment and multiple private treatment rooms. We offer early morning and evening scheduling, same-day or next-day appointments for new patients, and we are contracted with all major insurance carriers.
